Benteler Automobiltechnik decides for an oil mist extraction system of Schuh Anlagentechnik

In the area of the bending line, the Benteler project team was looking for a solution for the inside lubrication of the pipes to optimally capture and separate the oil mist from the production area of the robots. In the context of finding a solution, the decision was made on the concept of Schuh Anlagentechnik with a combination of blower and suction system. This concept provides for an aerodynamic housing with collection via swirl pipes and separation of the oil mist by 2 vertical vapour separators of the KT series from Schuh Anlagentechnik.

The order includes the planning, delivery and installation for the aerodynamic curtain and the extraction system. Delivery and assembly is planned for July 2021.
