Successfull Performance Test of Dedusting System for Brushing and Roller Cleaning Device of BWG

In July 2012 the commissioning of the dedusting system for the brushing and roller cleaning device of BWG (Bergwerk und Walzwerk Maschinenbau GmbH) has been completed successfully after a performance test of six weeks.

Due to technological requirements of the brushing and roller cleaning device, diverse pressure levels are necessary which are generated via separate fans. The dust-laden waste air is cleaned by a pulse jet sleeve filter and led out to the atmosphere via the roof. The dedusting system of Schuh Anlagentechnik is suitable for volume flow rates of 4.000 m³/h at the roller cleaning device and 2.000 m³/h at the brushing device.
