Schuh Anlagentechnik - Your Specialist for innovative Emulsion Mist and Oil Mist Extraction Systems
As part of the modernization of the 6-roll cold rolling mill at the Eisenhüttenstadt site, Primetals
Technologies has selected the innovative emulsion mist extraction concept by Schuh
Anlagentechnik. Schuh Anlagentechnik offers advanced emulsion mist extraction and oil mist
extraction systems that are optimized for industrial applications.
Schuh Anlagentechnik serves as a technology partner, providing emulsion mist separators from
the KG series to ensure the environmentally sound removal of emulsion mist in the mill stand area.
These extraction systems, designed for handling large air volumes, enable efficient capture and
separation of emulsion mist via side and central hoods. The extracted air is safely vented through
the Schuh exhaust stack.
The scope of delivery includes all components of the emulsion mist extraction system: From
suction pipes to emulsion mist separators with post-filters, and the exhaust stack. Following the
contract signing in March 2024, delivery and installation are scheduled to begin in October 2024,
with commissioning and restart of the plant, planned for the end of the year.
