Edge Trim Removal System & Generation of Vacuum for Company Josef Fröhling

For the edge trim removal system at the trimming line of Henan Zhongfu Industrial Co. Ltd. and Asia Aluminium Group as well as for the vacuum generation at the slitting line Danieli Fröhling decided on the solution of Schuh Anlagentechnik.
The order includes the construction, processing and delivery of core components as well as the basic engineering of secondary products.
The suction plant of the edge trim removal extracts the edge trims continuously at the trimming shear and conveys them to the winder. The transport air gets cleaned at the wet separator and with the aid of a fan is led out via roof.
The delivery is planned for autumn 2013. At the beginning of 2014 marketable material will be produced with the aid of the new edge trim removal system for the first time.
