Successful commissioning of the dedusting system of the knife area of winder

As part of the modernization of the Lydney site in Great Britain, extensive supplier research was carried out. For the area of dedusting of the knifes the decision was made at the end of 2019 
and Schuh Anlagentechnik was chosen as the most suitable and experienced partner. The scope of delivery included the reengineering and delivery of the dedusting system as well as the 
on-site assembly supervision and commissioning. 

First, the actual situation on site was determined. Afterwards the collection of dust in the cutting section on the winder was redesigned. 
After consultation with the customer the decision was made to the Schuh swirl tube system for the dust collection and the Schuh Pulse Jet Filter for cleaning of the exhaust air. 

In July 2020, the technical team from Schuh Anlagentechnik GmbH announced the successful commissioning and acceptance of the dedusting system in Great Britain.
